When I saw the The Christian Alphabet Book on offer through The BookCrash, I thought it might be a unique way to help cement the letters of the alphabet into my sweet five-year-old’s brain.
I found each page to be quite wordy and my daughter was ready to move on before we’d finished the two page spread for each letter. So I guess it would be better to read over several sittings. Each time reading a different section or doing a different activity.

The alphabet letters themselves are created with pictures or illustrations. These were quite fascinating to my older children but distracting for Miss Five. She kept asking, ‘Where’s the letter? I can’t see it.’ It was the pictures within the created letter that held her interest.

  1. Now that looks like a great book for the little ones. My confession: I like to look at these books myself!
