Beyond Resolution

Beyond Resolution

Samara lives a life filled with fear. After being discarded and beaten by her trouble making boyfriend, she takes one easy out after another. Her choices lead her down the road of self-destruction, into the degrading world of stripping and a life spent looking over her shoulder. Until an encounter with a stranger on a Kings Cross Street provides the catalyst for a life changing event that leads her back home.
Resolution is the last place in the world Jed wants to be. One drastic decision has led him to the Island resort and back into strained contact with his brother, Flynn.
From the bright lights of Sydney to the blue waters of Resolution Island, Beyond Resolution is a story that provides a window into the joy of forgiveness, trust and peace. Synopsis copied from ~ Even Before Publishing

After reading Back to Resolution at the end of last year, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on Beyond Resolution.

Thoughts while reading…

As I read about Samara at her absolutely rock bottom time in life, the above scripture came to mind. That train of thought led to me to remember that yesterday is in the past, and life is full of possibilities. We must all forgive ourselves, forgive others and step into our future.

There are many references to scripture and prayer throughout Beyond Resolution as the characters work out their faith. Rose has done well not to sound preachy in her writing, instead she has managed an authentic tone in a reality of discovering God.

I loved the second half of Beyond Resolution, but unfortunately, for me, the first half felt a little bogged down in back story and explanations from Back to Resolution. But please don’t let that hold you back from purchasing and reading this book. It is a great read.

Dream Analyzer

~ A Review ~
WhatEvery Dream Means is written to inspire confidence in the reader that every dream can personally be understood and properly interpreted. Each chapter includes helpful examples and truth for those who dream and are searching to understand a higher and more satisfying meaning of their dreams and unique symbolism.

Learn also about the dynamic dream interpretive process by absorbing reliable principles and insights that effectively unlock these profound dream mysteries and vital messages of the night.

Dreams have been viewed from various perspectives historically that are intriguing, but at best incomplete. What Every Dream Means offers a fresh examination of dreams, which nearly every ancient culture to the present have been fascinated by.

Shafer’s passion for dreams clearly shines throughout the chapters in What Every Dream Means. This man is attuned and aware of how the Holy Spirit can whisper through your dreams.

In this book, Scott M Shafer takes a Biblical look at dreams. He suggests journaling our dreams and even categorising them. Although this sounds like a great way to keep track of what we’ve dreamt and trigger our memory to revise dreams to understand what they actually mean – I can’t see myself finding time to add dream journaling to my daily tasks.

But in saying that, this book is fascinating to read. Scott’s passion is contagious. There is so much we can learn from our dreams and night visions.

Seriously, how gorgeous is this cover! I think I'll be contacting this very talented cover designer when my book is ready!

Thoughts while reading…
Have you ever made a simple mistake that unfolded to change your circumstances in a huge way? I can’t say I know of any in my life – but reading this novel did make me wonder.

The Bible speaks of it being unwise to enter a marriage if you and your partner are unequally yoked. This is in the way of our spiritual beliefs. A marriage can be very difficult if both wife and husband don’t have the same spiritual beliefs. Did you think about this topic before you were married? If you aren’t married, does it affect who you date?

My hubby and I did discuss our spiritual beliefs and have grown together. It really has been and is a fabulous journey.

Andrea Grigg hooked me on page 8 and I could not put the book down! Support an author today ... go buy her book!

A great read by another new Aussie Author in the Inspirational Fiction genre.
